Garmin Asus nuvifone A50

Garmin in one hit created a all-in-one smartphone, Nuvifone M10, and now they do another one the Garmin-Asus, Nuvifone A50 which is slimmer compared to G60.
The Garmin Nuvifone A50, is powered by Android and comes with 4GB built in memory, 3 megapixel camera and microSD expansion card slot. The front screen controls are touch sensitive designed with a view to withdraw pressure from the user when the device is placed on the car dock.


The home screen, instead of a usual panel style, offers three magnanimous buttons to dial a call, navigate to destination and see where you are on the map. On the right placed is a column of applications which can be customized by the user to display the ones that is been used most frequently. The shortcut column remains visible while on home screen and main menu so as to have access to frequently used applications anywhere.

The Garmin nuvi 1490TV’s slim design means you can take it anywhere. It has a 12.7 cm (5 in) screen with DVB-T digital terrestrial television and radio. The in-built digital tuner gives you access to Freeview digital TV and radio content from across Europe, including more than 50 TV channels and 24 radio stations in the U.K.
