Garmin Asus nuvifone A50

Garmin in one hit created a all-in-one smartphone, Nuvifone M10, and now they do another one the Garmin-Asus, Nuvifone A50 which is slimmer compared to G60.
The Garmin Nuvifone A50, is powered by Android and comes with 4GB built in memory, 3 megapixel camera and microSD expansion card slot. The front screen controls are touch sensitive designed with a view to withdraw pressure from the user when the device is placed on the car dock.


The home screen, instead of a usual panel style, offers three magnanimous buttons to dial a call, navigate to destination and see where you are on the map. On the right placed is a column of applications which can be customized by the user to display the ones that is been used most frequently. The shortcut column remains visible while on home screen and main menu so as to have access to frequently used applications anywhere.

Magellan eXplorist

Magellan 710, Magellan eXplorist 510 and Magellan eXplorist 610 are the three new updated launch of eXplorist from Magellan. All the three eXplorists present about a 3.2 inch auto focus camera, 3 inch color touch screen, mic, speakers assisting to mark waypoints simply not only with a dot on the map but also facilitates audio, video and photos

All the three gadgets come pre loaded with maps, including a complete route network of Canada, Australia, Western Europe and U.S.

Other useful features include urban and rural land use, relief background with realistic shade and comes waterproof. Offering about 16 hours of battery life, the gadget is sure not to put you in trouble anytime, anywhere. With digital almanac, users can make use weather forecasts and other related information so as to plan their trip in advance. Track summary and area calculation characteristics make the three eXplorists more demanding.
