The WAAS\/EGNOS enabled \u2013 SiRFstarIII receiver has 20 channels to chart out the best and quickest route and has an accuracy of 3 to 5 meters.<\/p>\n

The Portable Maestro M4040 lives up to its name with its 4.5 million preloaded points of interest (POI). More POI make be created and stored on the address book for future travels. A clear voice tells you the name of the street at every turn and alerts you in case of a wrong turn so that you never have to take your eyes off the road to look for locations. The QuickSpell\u2122 feature ensures the right spelling to minimize errors further and also so that you do not have to concentrate on the spelling. The AAA TourBook\u00ae gives directions to the best AAA hotels and restaurants AAA Roadside Assistance details and even alerts about the special discounts offered by the AAA Show Your Card & Save\u00ae program. The Magellan TrafficKit\u2122, BE THERE\u2122 and SmartDetour are other tools which make the Maestro M4040 even more efficient. The Maestro comes with a windshield mount, unit cradle, cigarette lighter adapter, USB data cable, AC charger, nylon protective pouch and an adhesive disk for dash mounting.
